Our Fig Mustard is a whole grain mustard with a mixture of yellow and black mustard seeds. The sweetness of honey and sunripened figs combined with the spiciness of the mustard seeds – a marriage of flavours made in heaven.
The addition of our Pinot Noir Vinegar gives a special extra kick.
This sweet and spicy mustard is nice with a variety of cold cuts. Beautiful in sandwiches with ham or meats. Very tasty with sausages and steaks. A great mustard to use in vinaigrettes and salad dressings. Really nice in any combination with lamb. A must on any cheese board.
