Lemon, lemon, lemon - sweet and tart at the same time. Patiently stired to smooth perfection.
Lemon curd is perfect on scones, on toast or fruit bread, swirled into yogurt, mixed into whipped cream and dolloped on a pavlova, as filling in fruit tartlets, the uses are only limited by ones imaginagion. We know people which simply eat it by the spoon full out of the jar, it's that yummy.
