Our Honey & Beer Mustard is a whole grain mustard with a mixture of yellow and black mustard seeds. The sweetness of honey, the tartness of beer and the spiciness of the mustard seeds – a marriage of flavours made in heaven.
The addition of our lager vinegar gives a special extra kick.

This mildish sweet mustard is nice with a variety of cold cuts. Beautiful in sandwiches with ham or meats. Nice with sausages and steaks. Works well in European style potato salads. Gives a tasty result in vinaigrettes and salad dressings. Really nice in any combination with pork.
