This tangy, silky curd is made from free range eggs. The combination of coconuts and pineapple is a match made in heaven.
Our curds contain no thickeners and are gluten free.
Spread onto toasted fruit bread or simple toast, filled into tartlet shells and topped with fresh fruits or berries, our curds will impress the toughest critics. Stunning mixed with whipped cream spread onto your pav or as filling for a sponge roll the uses of this sweet treat are endless.
