This tangy, silky curd is made from free range eggs. It is a marriage of fresh New Zealand limes and sun ripened, New Zealand grown strawberries.

Our curds contain no thickeners and are gluten free. 

Spread onto toasted fruit bread or simple toast, filled into tartlet shells and topped with fresh fruits or berries, our curds will impress the toughest critics. Stunning mixed with whipped cream spread onto your pav or as filling for a sponge roll the uses of this sweet treat are endless.
