Our Sweet German Style mustard is a coarse mustard with a mixture of yellow and black mustard seeds. It is a very balanced mustard, not too spicy not too sweet.
The addition of our Cider Vinegar adds a special note..
This mustard is very tasty with sausages, no bratwurst is the same without it. A good mustard for cold cuts. Great in sandwiches and well paired with bbq beef. A great mustard to use in vinaigrettes and salad dressings.
