This outstanding vinegar is made from tree ripened Black Doris Plums. The beautyful ruby colour and the intense plum flavour is well captured in this special vinegar. Only small batches are produced when the fruit is just perfect to make our limited edition vinegar.
Our Black Doris Plum Vinegar gives a fruity addition to dark sauces. It's lovely in vinaigrettes for light leaf salads. It goes particularly well drizzled over steamed or roasted vegetables . A little poured over ice-cream gives a real wow factor. Mixed with sparkling wine makes a special cocktail.
